On Thursday 7 June OLA students in Year 6 competed in the CPSSA Sacred Saints Tournament, where all participating students had fun, despite a wet start to the day.

Read all about their day here...

The Year 6 OLA students showed resilience and determination to play to the best of their abilities in Netball, Soccer and for the first time in this competition, Football. There was mixed success with wins and losses, but certainly their efforts were evident to all.

A special thanks to Craig Dropulich and to Amy La Spada who were Parent helpers and to those who came to support the teams and brave the wet weather.

We will have a second opportunity to participate in these sports at the Winter Carnival on Thursday 21 June. OLA will be entering 3 Soccer teams and 2 Netball teams, giving children a chance to play sports that they may never have in a ‘friendly’ non-competitive environment.
