When students return to school in Week 1, OLA will be celebrating NAIDOC Week with the theme Because of her, we can, which will focus on the invaluable contributions that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women have made – and continue to make - to our communities, our families, our rich history and to our nation.

OLA students will be participating in a range of activities in class, and within the school and parish to celebrate NAIDOC Week.


Whole School Mass

Beginning of Term Three Mass will be held at Our Lady’s Assumption Church commencing at 9.00am on Wednesday 18 July to celebrate NAIDOC Week. All parents and care givers are welcome to attend.


School Assembly with Gina Williams

Please join us for a special NAIDOC Week Assembly commencing at 1.30pm on Friday 20 July. Invited guest presenter, Gina Williams will be performing some songs and sharing her story.
