Our Lady’s Assumption Community Fete
The OLA Community Fete will be held on Sunday 22nd March 2020 from 10am – 3pm on the school grounds. The day promises to be jam-packed with fun, entertainment, amusements, great food, stalls and activities for all. The fete presents the opportunity to affiliate your brand with our great school community, whilst helping us to raise funds for the refurbishment of our Curiosity (Science) Lab and Veritas Library Hub. We thank you for taking the time to consider sponsorship of the OLA Community Fete, and we hope to have the opportunity to promote your business within our school and local community.
Sponsorship Categories
Platinum – For this level of sponsorship we ask you to consider $2,000
- Cash donation
Gold – For this level of sponsorship we ask you to consider $1,000
- Cash donation OR
- In-kind sponsorship of services or goods to the value of $1000 (eg. Food and beverage supply, equipment rental etc).
Silver – For this level of sponsorship we ask you to consider $500
- Cash donation OR
- In-kind sponsorship of services or goods to the value of $500 (eg. Food and beverage supply, equipment rental etc), OR
- Donated goods or services to the value of $500 (to be used for silent auction or raffle)
Bronze – For this level of sponsorship we ask you to consider $250
- Cash donation OR
- In-kind sponsorship of services or goods to the value of $250 (eg. Food and beverage supply, equipment rental etc), OR
- Donated goods or services to the value of $250 (to be used for silent auction or raffle)
Fete Friend – For this level of sponsorship we ask you to consider up to $200
- Cash donation OR
- In-kind sponsorship of services or goods of any value up to $200 (eg. Food and beverage supply, equipment rental etc), OR
- Donated goods or services of any value up to $200 (to be used for silent auction or raffle)
In exchange for your valuable contribution, there are many benefits offered to each level of sponsorship, including various branding opportunities, in the lead up to the event and on the day, social media exposure and much more. Woolworths Earn and Learn
Thank you to the many families who helped collate this year’s Earn and Learn stickers – more than 38,000 of them!!! And thank you to the Year 2 Parents for organising this fun initiative. We have now received a range of engaging educational toys for the lower school that we can’t wait to unwrap!
School Book and Uniform Labels
With new school uniforms and booklists just around the corner, now is the time to do a label restock! Oz Labels is an Australian label company that gives OLA 25% of every order we make with them. So, if you’re in need of more labels, please buy them through Oz Labels. To make an order simply follow the steps below. A brochure will be sent home with the kids next week.
