Christmas Mass times are as follows:
There will be Advent Reconciliation on Friday 13 December at 6pm. Carol singing will be held on Sunday 15 December at 6pm.

Plenary Council 2020
Do you want to have a say in the future direction of the Catholic Church in Australia?
The time has come to begin the second phase of the Plenary Council 2020, and this is where we can gather as a parish and school community to listen and discuss together. As Pope Francis tells us, “Too often we participate in the globalisation of indifference.” We really do want to know the thoughts and feelings of as many people as possible and urge you all to give Our Lady’s Assumption a voice in the discussions. So, please join us on 14 December from 10am to 11am for a community consultation followed by thanksgiving and refreshments in the Fr. O’Mara Centre.
Christmas Eve Family Mass
Dear Parents,
The Children’s Liturgy Team of OLA Parish would like to invite children to take part in the Christmas Eve 6.30 pm Family Mass.
Each year the children take part in the Entrance Procession and Nativity Play. Both have been integral features of this Mass for many years. For this to continue we require at least 10 children to participate. If your child/children would like to participate, please attend our first rehearsal in the Parish Centre, on Wednesday, 18th December from 10am to 11.30am. This rehearsal will determine numbers and if we can go ahead.
The following rehearsal days will be:
Friday, 20th December from 11.00am to 12.30pm, and
Sunday, 22nd December from 10.30 am to 12pm.
