CPSSA Cross Country Carnival

On Tuesday, 48 students ran in the CPSSA Cross Country Carnival at Alderbury Reserve in Floreat. OLA had many outstanding performances, resulting in places from a field of 48 runners per event. Congratulations to Jordan G who finished 2nd in the Year 3 boys race, to Jesse B who finished 1st in the Year 4 boys race, to Liv who finished 4th in the Year 5 girls race and to Leo and Alex who finished 2nd and 4th in the Year 6 boys A race. Special mention goes to Levi and Jessica from Year 4 who were late call ups to the team and ran their hearts out. Overall, OLA placed 6th out of 16 schools and were awarded with the most improved school shield. I was extremely proud of the team and how they had prepared for this event. Thank you to Mrs Dale and Miss Versace for coming along to support the team.
