OLA Story Slam – Coming in July
Slam as many stories as you can in July to help raise funds for our library makeover. You can read a story, listen to an audiobook or ask someone to read to you, it all counts! Get your family and friends to sponsor you – the more stories you read, the more you’ll fundraise.

Containers for Change at OLA
Recycle your empty drink containers and stop them from ending up in landfill. By dropping off your containers at our Containers for Change bin at school, or at any container refund point using our school scheme ID number C10445411, you’ll help our fundraising efforts, while also doing your bit for the environment.
What kind of containers are accepted?
Most glass, plastic, aluminium steel and paper-based cartons between 150mL and 3L are accepted. This includes children’s sized juice boxes and flavoured milk cartons.
How much do we receive per container?
As part of the school program, we receive 8 cents for every container we collect, while 2 cents goes to the City of Stirling for administering the program.
All of the money raised through the Containers for Change at OLA program goes towards P&F fundraising efforts.
