Tug of ROAR at the OLA Athletics Carnival
Parents of OLA, hold on tight for the inaugural Tug of ROAR tug of war challenge next Thursday 23 September. We want as many parents from each faction to come down, battle it out and show their brutal strength or strategy to win the Tug of ROAR trophy.

OLA Community Fete Update
Class stalls – we need your help!
With just over a month to go until the OLA Community Fete kicks off on Sunday 24 October, here’s a look at what each class will be doing on the day:
- Pre-Kindy/Kindy – Cake stall
- Pre-Primary/Year 1 – Plaster Painting stall
- Year 2 – Luck Dip stall
- Year 3 – White Elephant stall
- Year 4 – Book stall
- Year 5 – Glitter Tattoos
- Year 6 – Silent Disco
Most of these stalls are the same as what was originally assigned to your year group last year, but they can’t run on their own! We require parents to assist in manning the stalls from 10am-3pm. Volunteer rosters will be placed outside classrooms (for Pre-Kindy, Kindy, PP & Y1) and outside the front office (for Y2 – Y6) at the end of this week. We appreciate any time you can spare to help.
Silent auction & raffle donations
We’re still welcoming donations for our silent auction/ raffle. If you’re a business or family who would like to contribute, please email us at pandf@ola.wa.edu.au.
