OLA Story Slam – extended until 15 August
If you haven’t heard the news already, OLA Story Slam has been extended until Sunday 15 August. Keep encouraging your kids to slam as many stories as they can, and reach out to your child’s teacher if they need another story log.
We’ll be giving away gift vouchers, fete dollars and fete entertainment wristbands to the top reader and top fundraiser in each year group, including grand prize winners for the overall top reader and top fundraiser – so keep fundraising!
Children can start bringing in their sponsorship money and forms from Monday 16 August. Make sure to hand your sponsorship forms in by Friday 20 August to be eligible for the prizes.
OLA Community Fete is coming Sunday, 24 October
Preparations for the OLA Community Fete are well underway, but we can always do with some extra hands to help make this event the best it can be. If you can spare a bit of time to help out behind the scenes, get in touch with us at pandf@ola.wa.edu.au
