New to OLA?

We hope everyone has settled in nicely to Term 1. If you’re new to our school community and wondering how you can get involved, let us introduce you to the P&F.

We’re a group of dedicated volunteer parents who are passionate about promoting our school community. We support OLA through various fundraising events to provide additional resources and facilities that enhance our children’s education.

We’re not a serious bunch, and we’re always on the lookout for fresh faces to help us in our ‘friendraising’ efforts. Come along to one of our monthly meetings, drop us an email with any ideas or put your name down to help out when our next fundraiser comes around.

When we all get involved it can only mean good things for our school, and that’s what we’re all about.

School Banking

Teach your children how to save with school banking

Every Friday 8.15am – 8.45am in the Early Childhood Meeting Room (next door to Kindy M).

Saving regularly is an important habit for children to get into, whether you’re saving a little or a lot.

How does it work?

When you open a Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account, your child is given a Dollarmites deposit wallet to use for school banking.

For every deposit made at school, your child will receive a Dollarmites token. Once they have collected 10 tokens they can redeem it for some pretty cool rewards in recognition of their regular savings habits.

Footy Tipping

Footy Tipping is back for 2021.

If you enjoy the football and would like to support the P&F please consider joining our footy competition.

COST:            $50 for the season (less than a coffee per week)
PAYABLE:       Payable by Thursday 1st April (beginning of Round 3)
PRIZES:         Weekly and End of Season Prizes

Amount to be determined by number of participants
